- For Aloo Chokha-
- Roasted and peeled potato
- Salt as required
- Onion small finely chopped
- Green chilies and green coriander finely chopped

- 1 TSP Cooked mustard oil

- 1/2 cup Toor dal
- 1 tsp Haldi
- Salt as rrquired

- 8-9 Curry patta finely chopped
- 1 TSP oil for tadka
- Ghee roasted red chilli powder to garnish
